A crisp wind chill pounded against my face giving much needed time for self reflection as the trek to the top began.

Death Engulfed in Life.

There was much decay & death surrounded by an abundance of new growth. The many nuances that we as humans can observe throughout nature and its ever reoccurring cycles, for instance that of growth. Without the construct of death or loss there would be no new life or opportunities to follow; why is it still so feared to face loss, other than the pain of course - we should embrace the necessary changes.

A true sense of serenity, captured impart for the longing I have within myself. An emotion that can be captured and even experienced at times - but never preserved. I wonder if there is ever a point where this euphoric bliss can be constant? If this was: so then would serenity itself become mundane, would despair take its place?

Perspective, the world itself is beautiful, we’re the outliers in it all. We are in heaven or hell on this plain, depending upon one’s internal perception.

Many souls throughout our short point of experience, find themselves stuck. Only heading in one direction - without the possibility to veer. As if you were on a tram ride being able to see the world and it’s wonders beneath your feet, only for them to be completely out of reach. Why is it this way? What constitutes so many to depart from the soils of earth? Why must we deny our birthright of the vast fields of flowers?

Overcome the mountains along your journeys.

As we all approached the last few monuments of our journey, our eyes became fixated to the ever advancing peak. The sheer face became steep as our shoes struggled to find stability; unfazed by the struggles that accompanied us in those final moments. We all were aware of the adversities that stud behind us, strengthening the resolve to complete the mission. At last we looked to the horizon, fully entranced in the euphoria of it all - life.
